The charity is working alongside partners to develop trusted mental health support that’s tailored for people who work in the industry. You can access counselling and a range of online tools developed with you in mind. Speak to a member of their team by calling the 24-hour Film and TV Support Line on 0800 054 00 00, or chat online via the website. Their support also includes an Anti-Bullying Directory and a Freelancer Wellbeing hub

Remember you’re not alone. The charity has helped 1 in 20 people in our industry during the Covid-19 crisis. Make sure you look after your mental health and speak to the charity if you need support.

Directors UK is the professional association of UK screen directors. It is a membership organisation representing the creative, economic and contractual interests of over 7,800 film and TV directors. Directors UK negotiates rights deals and collects and distributes royalties to its members.
